Scope

This repository contains the source code, written content, visual design, illustrations, screenshots, and structured data that make up the PILLAR marketing website (pillargtm.com) and related public assets. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific file or directory, all material in this repository is the proprietary work of PILLAR GTM, Inc. and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law.

Reservation of Rights

All rights are reserved. No license — express or implied — is granted by the mere publication of this repository. In particular, you may not:

1. copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, or transmit any portion of the source code, written content, design, or assets;
2. create derivative works based on the material in this repository;
3. use the material to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine-learning models without prior written permission, except where such use is permitted under a separate agreement or by the explicit allowances declared in robots.txt and llms.txt;
4. remove or alter copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.

Frameworks, Products, and Trademarks

The following are proprietary names, products, frameworks, and/or trademarks of PILLAR GTM, Inc., whether registered or used in commerce. ® indicates a registered trademark where applicable; ™ indicates a trademark claim under common law or pending registration.

The list above is illustrative, not exhaustive; other names used by PILLAR GTM, Inc. in commerce are also protected whether or not listed here. Absence of a mark symbol in site copy does not waive any rights.

Use of these names, or any confusingly similar variants, in connection with goods or services without express written permission from PILLAR GTM, Inc. is prohibited. Fair-use references in journalism, research, or commentary are permitted so long as the reference is accurate, non-disparaging, and does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by PILLAR GTM, Inc.

Third-Party Components

This repository loads or references the following third-party components at runtime, which are governed by their own licenses and are not covered by this proprietary notice:

• Three.js (MIT License) — loaded from unpkg.com for the 3D architecture diagrams.
• Google Fonts (SIL Open Font License / Apache 2.0) — DM Serif Display, Outfit, JetBrains Mono; loaded from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com.
• Google Analytics / gtag.js — loaded from Google's CDN, governed by Google's terms of service.
• PostHog JS snippet — loaded from us-assets.i.posthog.com, governed by PostHog's terms of service.

Third-party components remain the property of their respective owners.

Permitted Uses

The following uses are explicitly permitted without separate written permission:

1. reading this site or repository for the purpose of evaluating PILLAR as a vendor, partner, investor, journalist, or researcher;
2. quoting short excerpts (fewer than 100 words) of written content with attribution to PILLAR and a link to the source page;
3. indexing by public search engines and by AI crawlers explicitly allowed in robots.txt, for the purpose of surfacing PILLAR content in response to user queries;
4. reasonable technical caching as required to render the site in browsers and server intermediaries.
