Mission & Values

The leaders who see clearly protect everyone downstream.

Revenue architecture is the foundation beneath every team, every forecast, and every decision that reaches a classroom. PILLAR exists to make that foundation visible.

Transparency

Every score visible. Every weight auditable.

Trust

Earned through precision, protected through integrity.

Accountability

We give you the math. You make the call.

Empowerment

Technology serves the human.

Courage

Clarity before comfort.

To build the intelligence layer that transforms how mission-driven organizations manage their revenue - so the humans doing the work are empowered by precision, the organizations they serve are protected by accountability, and the communities downstream benefit from decisions grounded in verified math.
For eighteen years, we’ve seen what becomes possible when revenue teams have the right foundation - and what happens when they don’t. Pipeline forecasts grounded in real math instead of gut feel. Renewals managed proactively instead of reactively. Headcount plans modeled against economics instead of optimism. The difference is always the same: when the architecture is right, the people closest to the work - the account executives, the customer success managers, the students and educators they serve - benefit from decisions that hold up under scrutiny.
PILLAR is not another dashboard. It is a revenue architecture operating system - rules-based scoring, verified computation, and AI-powered intelligence built for teams selling into education and the public sector. Every score is auditable. Every signal is traceable. Every decision has a mathematical foundation. Because in this sector, getting it right is not a competitive advantage. It is a responsibility.

Five pillars that ground everything we build.

These are not aspirations. They are commitments - embedded in our product, our process, and our relationships.

01
Transparency
Every score visible. Every weight auditable.
Having worked for eighteen years in the EdTech and public sector, we have witnessed firsthand how the lack of transparency - or its slow degradation - destroys the very fabric of a mission-oriented organization. Revenue leaders making decisions based on opaque dashboards they can’t audit. Scoring models no one can explain. Forecasts that tell leadership what they want to hear instead of what the data demands.
PILLAR is transparent by design. Every risk score breaks down into weighted variables you can inspect. Every signal traces back to the data that triggered it. Every rule in the scoring engine is visible and auditable by anyone on the team. We do not build black boxes. If you cannot explain why a number is what it is, the number is worthless.
In Practice
99+ scoring rules, each with visible weights, thresholds, and adjustment logic. Score Decomposition tab on every account. Full audit trail on every calibration event. No hidden models. No unexplainable outputs.
02
Trust
Earned through precision, protected through integrity.
Trust is the prerequisite for every relationship that matters. Between a platform and the team that depends on it. Between a revenue leader and the board they report to. Between a company and the districts whose students they serve. Without trust, there is no great and good work.
We earn trust by being right. 2,500+ automated tests run before any deployment. Metrics computed from a single source of truth, producing the same answer every time, regardless of who asks or when. Scoring that never drifts between runs. Trust is not a value we claim - it is a standard we prove with every release, every computation, and every interaction.
In Practice
2,500+ automated tests across the scoring engine, API surface, and computation layer. Same inputs, same outputs, every time. One shared set of metric definitions across every dashboard and report - never reconciled retroactively.
03
Accountability
We give you the math. You make the call.
Revenue architecture decisions - headcount plans, territory design, pipeline forecasts, renewal strategy - determine whether real people keep their jobs and real communities keep their services. Those decisions deserve a mathematical foundation, not a gut check. When the math is visible, everyone from the AE to the board can make better decisions with more confidence.
PILLAR is built to surface reality clearly: win rates, renewal health, pipeline hygiene, cost-to-yield economics. The scoring engine shows the real number. The renewal triage board shows the real status. We hold ourselves to this same standard: every deployment passes the full test suite, every metric is computed from a single source of truth, every signal is grounded in data. We give you the math, and we trust you to do the right thing with it.
In Practice
99+ rules in the scoring engine that surface the real picture clearly. Disposition states that bring resolution (RENEWED, CHURNED - not ambiguous). Territory P&L with real cost-to-yield economics. Pipeline hygiene scoring that surfaces stale deals, missing stakeholders, and forecast signals - automatically.
04
Empowerment
Technology serves the human. Intelligence amplifies judgment.
Good technology has the power to transform a competent professional into an exceptional one. PILLAR does not automate the account executive out of the deal or replace the customer success manager with a chatbot. It arms them with intelligence - the right signal, at the right moment, with the right context - so they can make decisions that no algorithm could make alone.
Strategy Lab does not tell your rep what to do. It gives them a deal analysis, a meeting prep brief, and a drafted email - built from real account data, real signals, and real stakeholder context - so they can walk into a room prepared. The human makes the call. The technology ensures they make it with full intelligence, not partial information.
In Practice
Strategy Lab: four AI capabilities - Deal Analysis, Meeting Prep, Email Draft, and Signal Synthesis - powered by Claude and grounded in real account data. Signal intelligence that surfaces what matters, then trusts the human to act. Every feature designed to make the person better, not to replace the person.
05
Courage
Courage without invitation is just a truth nobody hears.
Transparency without courage is just a dashboard nobody opens. Accountability without courage is just a policy nobody enforces. Courage is the connective tissue that makes every other value real. It takes courage to look at a signal that says your biggest renewal needs attention 45 days out. It takes courage for a VP of Customer Success to act on it before the QBR. And it takes courage for us to build a platform that shows you the full picture, knowing that the full picture is not always comfortable.
But courage also requires invitation. The leaders who need clarity most are often the ones for whom looking feels the most exposed. Our job is to make looking feel safe - private, self-directed, grounded in math that speaks for itself. Courage is the decision a person makes when the signal is in front of them and they choose to act. We build for the leaders who are ready to see clearly, and we make the door wide enough for those who are almost ready.
In Practice
Critical signals that surface at the right moment, with the right context. A scoring engine that shows the real number, clearly and without judgment. The free Blueprint Assessment: private, self-serve, no sales call required. A platform built on the belief that when you make clarity accessible, courage follows naturally.

Better architecture means better outcomes for everyone.

When revenue teams have the right foundation, the impact reaches far beyond the revenue number. The math holds, the people stay, and the mission keeps moving.

Headcount
Teams built on verified pipeline economics
The companies that model hiring against real pipeline math - win rates, cost-to-yield, coverage ratios - build teams that sustain. Architecture protects the people doing the work.
Retention
Renewal risk visible 60–90 days out
When engagement signals flow to the revenue layer, the CS team knows which accounts need attention months before the renewal conversation. Proactive management is the difference between saving the relationship and explaining why it ended.
Trust
One number the whole leadership team believes
When every metric is computed from a single source of truth, the board deck matches finance, the forecast matches reality, and the leadership team makes decisions from confidence instead of reconciliation.
Revenue architecture is not a back-office function. It is the structural foundation that determines whether mission-driven organizations can sustain the work that matters.

Revenue Personally Managed

I built PILLAR because I lived the problem. Eighteen years of watching mission-driven organizations - companies that genuinely exist to improve educational outcomes - make revenue decisions in the dark. Forecasts built on hope. Renewal management in spreadsheets. Territory designs drawn on whiteboards by people who had never reconciled a P&L.

I watched brilliant, dedicated people get laid off because someone upstream couldn’t reconcile pipeline coverage with headcount economics. I watched districts lose programs that were working because the vendor couldn’t retain the contract - not because the product failed, but because no one was watching the renewal 90 days out.

These are not technology problems. They are architecture problems. And they have human consequences that ripple far beyond the org chart.

PILLAR is my answer. A platform that treats revenue architecture as what it actually is: the structural foundation that determines whether good organizations can sustain the good work they set out to do. Every scoring rule, every signal, every line of code is built with one conviction: the math must be right, because the people downstream are counting on it.
